I had a pleasant experience at Springhill Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable The housekeeping could use some attention, as I noticed a couple of cleanliness issues. A lovely stay!

The indoor pool was a hit for my family. We stayed in a King Suite with Trundle Bed, which offered ample space. Location is great, close to shops and restaurants. Staff members were friendly. A pleasant experience. 🏊‍♂️

During my stay, I encountered numerous issues. There was a strong cigarette smell from the adjacent room that caused my daughter to have severe breathing issues. When I requested a room change, initially, the front desk offered to spray the room, which did nothing to alleviate the problem. After insisting on moving, the new room had plumbing problems, with a clogged bathtub and unclean towels. I also found hair on the sheets and dirt in the shower, which was extremely disappointing.

The hotel had a fantastic indoor pool that my kids loved. The fitness center was also great for getting some workouts in. Our King Suite with Trundle Bed had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during our stay. Staff were super welcoming and friendly throughout.

springhill suites by marriott suwanee johns creek has a great location near stores and restaurants. the indoor pool was a highlight for us and we enjoyed an invigorating workout at the fitness center. the staff were friendly and personable, making our stay feel welcoming.
